Hello, I'm Stephanie Betts, and I've walked in your shoes. For over a decade, I've navigated the unique challenges of maintaining a thriving solo aesthetician practice while juggling the demands of motherhood, self-care, and personal growth, and I am ready to share my insights and experiences with you.

In this series of interactive workshops, we will focus on the fundamental elements crucial to owning and managing a thriving solo aesthetician business, while also emphasizing the importance of self-care. In addition, every session will showcase a live demonstration of in-treatment procedures, encompassing client consultation, service provision, and post-treatment care.

  •  Date: Workshop #1 April 7th, Workshop #2 May 19th, Workshop #3 TBA
  •   Time: Each workshop is from 10 am - 3 pm with a 1-hour lunch break
  •   Location: Edge Beauty Pro, 930 E Warner Rd #5, Chandler, AZ 85225
  •   Price: individual workshop price $195

  • Marketing strategies for solo aestheticians and understanding them as you and your business evolve.
  • Money management and budgeting. Separating business and personal.
  • Overcoming imposter syndrome whenever it shows up.
  • Cultivating your self-confidence and assertiveness as a busy aesthetician.
  • The Treatment Demo is TBD and will focus on client care and corrective skin care.


What You'll Learn Workshop #3: Treatment room & creativity, Client care, Professionalism, Communication skills

  • Using your creativity in the treatment room as a form of self-care for you and your clients.
  • How to take care of your clients, and let your clients take care of you.
  • Your unique professional image.
  • Effective communication skills that work.
